Your unit is in the Terrace building which is located at Pelican Beach Resort, 5 minutes walk to Pelican Beach. Terrace building guests enjoy Pelican Beach and shared free resort amenities of Pelican Beach Resort below.

Condo offers 1,072 sf. ft. of interior space plus a 173 sq. ft. balcony with 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 in the living room. Master bathroom is ensuite to the bedroom and guest bathroom is in the hallway. Washer and dryer are in the unit. We provide pack & play in our units (no mattress or linens provided). All Smart TVs have Cox cable. High speed Wifi in the unit and property grounds.

We provide start up supplies of toilet paper, hotel sized soap and shampoo, a few dishwasher tablets and laundry tablet. Beach towels are NOT included.

Kitchen has all the dishes and kitchenware, refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, electric oven and stove, dishwasher, coffee maker (k-cup and drip) and toaster.

2 beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler are provided for your pleasure. NOTE: Private sets can only be placed behind rental rows.
