Best of all, Pelican Beach Resort is within a very short driving distance of Destin’s popular tourist attractions, family and fine dining, exciting nightlife, area events and unique shopping experiences! You may also walk to certain restaurants and shops. Target, Walgreens, McDonalds are just a mile away. A few restaurants are just on the next block.

Pools and Health

2 outdoor and 1 swim-out indoor pools are heated. We have a small kiddie pool for your toddlers to play safely. You can relax in one of the 2 hot tubs. Fitness room is free so that you do not give a break while also enjoying the sauna and steam room. Tennis and Pickleball courts are free for our guests. Pelican Beach Resort has plenty of covered and uncovered free parking with two on-site J1772 EV chargers (paid)

Private Beach

Pelican Beach has beach rental service. You can rent 2 umbrellas and a chair for $40/day ($50/day for first row) or alternatively you can use the free chairs and umbrella we provide in the unit to settle down behind the rentals to great sands. Beach service is provided by La Dolce Vita, (866) 651-1869. Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM from March 1 through October 31. Beach side Tiki Bar (seasonal) serves cocktails and drinks as well as food to the seating area.

All beachfront vacation rentals have full kitchens, balconies with beach and pool view, living rooms and all sleep 6 people. 1 bedrooms are 873 sqft, 2 bedrooms are from 955 to 1144 sqft. Not comparable with a hotel !

The same land lot hosts 2 buildings, Pelican Beach Resort and Terrace at Pelican. Terrace building is built inside towards the US-98 while Pelican (where we have our condos by owner) sits right on the beach. Our guests have the comfort of just taking the elevator down and reaching the beach.

Amenities

A seasonal deli has delicious food as well as a convenience store. Outdoor gas grills are renewed and ready for our guests’ use next to the sitting area. Resort has on site security and 24/7 front desk, vending machines and change machine on the lobby level serving snacks and soft drinks, as well as basic amenities. Coin operated laundry (coin and credit card) facilities are located on each floor near center stairwell.
